HARTINGTON — A Cedar County commissioner who in January pleaded not guilty to drunken driving had his case continued in Cedar County Court on Wednesday.
Christopher Tramp was arrested by the Nebraska State Patrol on Nov. 30 after his pickup truck slid off Highway 81 into a ditch east of Crofton. His case was continued to Wednesday, Aug. 12, at 3 p.m., said a court spokeswoman.
Tramp was elected to the county board in 2018 and faces a charge of driving while intoxicated.
