CLEVELAND, Ohio – Chef Ken Hatfield, owner of Hatfield’s Goode Grub in Cleveland, will hold a free live virtual cooking demo on summer salads through Hudson Library & Historical Society.
Hatfield’s presentation is 7 p.m. Monday, April 26.
Hatfield - a descendant of the infamous Hatfields from the Hatfield-McCoy feud - has been a chef for 28 years. He started Hatfield’s Goode Grub food truck in 2015 and the restaurant a year later. The focus is Southern comfort-fusion food.
Registration is required for the Zoom event. Participants will receive an email invitation to join. The program will be recorded and available via the library’s Facebook and YouTube pages.
