According to KPIX-TV, Johnson, Xbox and Gamers Outreach, a nonprofit that provides technology to help hospitalized children cope during their treatment, teamed up to give the hospitals “the very first batch” of the custom consoles, Xbox said in a news release. The hospitals also are receiving Gamers Outreach Karts, or “portable kiosks built to easily provide recreation to children who are unable to leave their rooms,” the release said.
