Isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms remain possible across North Texas for Monday. While no widespread severe weather is expected, a few storms may again produce gusty winds, brief heavy rain and lightning. It certainly won’t be a washout and many residents of North Texas will see no rain at all.

High temperatures will remain below normal into the middle of the week. Isolated to scattered storms will be possible each day through midweek, with the highest rain chances on Wednesday, especially in the afternoon hours. Seasonably warm temperatures return by late week.
