From Nov. 10-16, the number of active cases reported daily ranged from 43 to 113. From Nov. 17-23, the number of active cases reported daily ranged from 38 to 146. From Nov. 24-30, the number of active cases reported daily ranged from 70 to 158.
The majority of the cases in the county are in Pearland, which has 527 of the county’s 1,756 active cases as of Dec. 1. The majority of cases are among individuals ages 30-39.
The number of suspected and confirmed COVID-19 patients in general use beds has increased slowly since the beginning of November, according to data from the SouthEast Texas Regional Advisory County, or SETRAC. From Nov. 3-9, suspected and confirmed COVID-19 patients took up an average of 19.5 beds. From Nov. 10-16, they took up an average of 23.5 beds. From Nov. 17-23, they took up an average of 25.85 beds. From Nov. 24-30, they took up an average of 28.29 beds.
The number of suspected and confirmed COVID-19 patients in ICU beds has stayed roughly the same through November, according to data from SETRAC. From Nov. 17-30, the number of suspected and confirmed COVID-19 patients ranged from 6 to 13.
