RENO, Nev. (KOLO) -As 2021 begins, we know how impacted non-profits have been during this pandemic. Dress for Success simply wants to say thank you!
Our Kolo Cares Pillar Partner has not paused when it comes to assisting women searching for jobs to better their lives and their families, and neither have you.
Founder and CEO Patti Weiske tells us, women continue to call and ask about volunteer opportunities, they are generously donating money and making sure no one is left behind. “There are a lot of women in the community that are working that just don’t even have enough clothes to work in. So, I know that women lift other women up and they see the benefit of giving their clothing out to us,” Weiske states/
The weekly clothing sale, resumes as a fundraiser with an added day this coming Thursday, January 7th starting at 10 a.m. at Arlington Towers. You can stuff a bag with designer quality clothes for just $25.
This is a huge year for Dress for Success… Reno Engineering graciously donated space at Arlington Towers rent and utility free for three years! The organization must vacate due to new ownership by February 1st.
