The new state policy will allow up to two visitors per resident, by appointment. All those participating will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms. Everyone must wear masks and stay at least 6 feet apart, to be overseen by the facility staff. Visits must be outdoors, such as under a canopy or tent without walls, and visitors must be able to get there without going through the facility’s building.
